Sign-in options, two-factor authentication, data isolation and the audit trail.
Signing in
You can sign in with:
- Email and password, with email verification and password reset
SAML single sign-on isn’t available yet. If you need it, contact us.
Two-factor authentication
Turn on two-factor authentication from Settings → Security using any authenticator app (TOTP). You’ll be given recovery codes. Store them somewhere safe, since they’re the only way back in if you lose your device.
Data isolation
Every record in StayEvident belongs to exactly one organisation. Access is scoped to your current organisation on every request, and it fails closed: if no organisation is in context, nothing is returned. Isolation between organisations is covered by automated tests that run on every change.
Audit trail
Material changes are recorded in an immutable audit trail: what changed, who changed it, when, and from where. That includes AI verdicts and human overrides, evidence decisions and register updates. It’s evidence for your own control of documented information.

Your content is used only to provide the service and is never used to train models. See the privacy policy for the AI providers involved.
