Get from a new account to your first AI conformance assessment.
Welcome to StayEvident
StayEvident is a compliance management platform for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022. You upload your documented information, adopt the standards you’re working towards, and the AI assesses each in-scope clause for conformance — surfacing the gaps between you and certification. Every AI verdict is confirmed or overridden by a person.
This guide walks you from a new account to your first assessment.
Step 1 — Create your organisation
Sign up at app.stayevident.com with your email address or Google account. After verifying your email you’ll be asked to name your organisation. Everything you add from here on belongs to that organisation and is isolated from every other.
Step 2 — Adopt a standard
Open Conformance → Browse standards and choose Adopt on ISO 9001:2015 or ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Adopting a standard switches on the operational modules it needs — for example, ISO 9001 turns on Suppliers and Calibration. See Choosing standards.
Before your first assessment, record your scope statement and exclude any clauses that don’t apply. Exclusions mean fewer clauses to assess and a Statement of Applicability that reflects reality. See Clauses, controls & scope.
Step 3 — Upload your documents
Open Documents and upload your policies, procedures, work instructions and records. StayEvident extracts the text from PDF, Word (.docx), plain-text and Markdown files so the AI can read them. See Uploading your documents.
Step 4 — Run your first AI assessment
Open your adopted standard and choose Run assessment. The AI assesses every in-scope clause and returns a verdict for each one, with its reasoning and the passages it cited. Then work through the findings, confirming or overriding each. See AI assessments.
