Plans
Every plan includes every module. Plans differ by scope:

Seats count the people in your Competence & training register — the people whose competence you manage. Team members who sign in to StayEvident aren’t limited separately.

AI clause assessments
Each clause or control the AI assesses counts as one, so a full ISO 9001 assessment uses roughly as many assessments as you have in-scope leaf clauses. Excluding requirements that don’t apply reduces usage — see Clauses, controls & scope.
Limits and warnings
You’ll see a warning when you reach 80% of any limit. At the limit, the action that would exceed it — adopting another standard, uploading another document, adding another person, or starting an assessment that needs more clause assessments than you have left — is blocked until you upgrade or the allowance resets.
Managing your subscription
Owners and admins manage the plan from Billing in the app: subscribe, then upgrade, downgrade, cancel or update payment details through the Polar customer portal. Payments are processed by Polar.
