ISO/IEC 27001 Annex A
- All 93 Annex A controls, in four themes — organisational, people, physical and technological — each assessed against your documents.
- Exclude an individual control or a whole theme with one justification; it inherits down the tree and onto your Statement of Applicability.
- The supplier register is now governed by Annex A's supplier controls (A.5.19–A.5.22) as well as ISO 9001 clause 8.4.
- ISO 9001 clauses mapped to their related Annex A controls.

Statement of Applicability and ISO/IEC 27001
- ISO/IEC 27001:2022 clauses 4–10, run alongside ISO 9001 as one integrated management system.
- Cross-standard evidence reuse: evidence confirmed for one standard is offered for the equivalent clause of the other.
- Statement of Applicability page and PDF, generated from your scope decisions.
- Exclusions now take effect at any level the standard permits and apply to everything beneath them.
