Registers & modules

The operational registers StayEvident provides, and how they switch on for your standards.

How modules switch on

Modules switch on from the standards you adopt. Documents is always on. Risks, opportunities, CAPAs, internal audits and management review are core modules: they’re on by default for every organisation. Specialised modules switch on when a clause that governs them is in scope. Owners and admins can override any optional module in Settings → Modules.

What each register does

  • Risks & opportunities — a configurable risk matrix (owners and admins set it in Settings → Risk matrix), inherent and residual scoring, and a separate opportunities register.
  • Objectives & KPIs — quality and security objectives with targets and measurements, with bulk entry for a reporting period.
  • Competence & training — job roles and their competence requirements, people, training records, a competence matrix and training plans.
  • Calibration — an equipment register with calibration events and due dates.
  • Suppliers — your approved external providers, with criticality, periodic evaluations on a cadence set by criticality, and performance metrics.
  • Nonconformances — NCRs with a managed list of sources and a disposition trail.
  • Customer feedback — complaints and feedback, for monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Internal audits — audit programmes, individual audits with checklists, and findings.
  • CAPAs — corrective and preventive actions tracked through their lifecycle to closure.
  • Management review — reviews with their inputs and outputs, exportable as a PDF pack.

Every register record can be linked as evidence for the clauses it supports, and every material change is captured in the audit trail.
